Bess French is a sculptural artist who finds inspiration from the natural world and found objects. Her work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally, including solo exhibitions at Colby Sawyer College, AVA Gallery, and The Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery. Bess is a juried member of the New Hampshire Art Association, The New England Sculptors Association, Silvermine Gallery, and AVA Gallery. She holds a BA in Studio Art from the University of New Hampshire and an M.Ed. from Antioch University. Additionally, Bess is a devoted high school art educator who inspires and nurtures young artists. She has developed enriching curricula and innovative programs for students exploring ceramics, sculpture, and glass mediums.
