Elizabeth D'Amico
Elizabeth D’Amico has an extensive background teaching art both in public and private schools on all levels including university. She now focuses on art full time and teaches occasionally. As a mixed media artist, Elizabeth’s body of work includes painting, printmaking, collage, ceramics, and sculpture. Her work is exhibited regularly in regional exhibitions and can be found in collections locally and nationally.
In addition to being a long time NH Art Association (NHAA) member, Elizabeth is an artist and faculty member of AVA Gallery & Art Center in Lebanon, NH, a former member of NH Art Educators’ Association (NHAEA/NAEA), a member of the Women’s Caucus for the Arts, and a signature member of the National Collage Society. She has served as a Board Member for the Center for the Arts – Lake Sunapee Region and former coordinator of its Visual Arts Guild and continues to be an active artist member. Her education background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and a Masters degree from Columbia University with additional graduate studies at the Hartt School of Music. She lives with her husband, Andrew, in Springfield, NH where her Protectworth Gallery & Studio are open by appointment.
