Fred Howland

Fred’s photography work spans many years and places including 26 years in northern Nevada south of Reno. His earliest work in photography was in New England. Then he studied fine art photography attention Rochester Institute of Technology in the mid 1970s. 

Over the years Fred’s photography has been principally black and white. His subject matter is varied, including the eastern Sierras, portraits, still life’s, abstracts and figurative work. Fred has since returned to the place of his birth in Keene, NH and looks forward to establishing a new body of work focused on New England’s unique landscapes and intriguing people.
