Jeannie Duval

Educated in New Jersey, Jeannie spent many years in the southern states before moving to New Hampshire in 1986. She is a self-taught artist skilled in a variety of media; watercolors, pastels, nature photography, and oil painting; all expressing her passion for realism and capturing the beauty of the natural world. Her work has been exhibited at the Currier Art Museum in Manchester, NH, where she received the Miriam S. Sawyer award for oil painting. Several of her oil paintings were included in the NHAA exhibit “Exquisite Realism”.

As a nature photographer, many of her photos have been selected for publishing by recognized photography websites, including Peterson Field Guides, Birds in Flight, Wild As-Shot. She has received numerous awards by the NH Audubon Society’s Wild NH program. She is a Professional Member of the North American Nature Photography Association.
