Loretta possess a deep love for the human form. In previous studies, before she found a love for histology, she focused on the human form; clothed and unclothed and visceral installation sculptures. Loretta holds a BFA from Lesley University and underwent a career change in 2019. Early in this transition, she started viewing stained cells under a microscope and it was all over from there… Dropping dye into translucent fluid and watching it catch to the microscopic form was breathtaking. She knew that from then on biology based art was a calling.
