Nanci Sabino is a painter who has been retired from teaching Art since 2013 and is also a member of the Lakes Region Art Assoc. and the Gov. Wentworth Arts Council. Her studio is located in her home in Wolfeboro, NH, where she lives with her husband, Mike and their 6 dogs. Concentrating on portraiture of people and pets, Nanci also uses her beautiful gardens to paint nature in oil paints, but also enjoys dabbling in acrylics and watercolors as suits subject, her fancy and convenience. Recently taking up kayaking, she ventures out on the lake equipped with a watercolor kit and camera, ready to photograph (for later use) and/or w/c sketch on site should inspiration strike.
